Bag = awesome...gloves are meh. Used the gloves twice since I got them. Index finger seam on left hand hit me in a bad spot. Probably will use these for BW workouts outside as the palm is padded...plus they just don't come far enough up my fingers for my taste. Good thing I only spent $13 on them. (thanks Amazon Warehouse deals) and NOT the full price of $28. The bag is fantastic. 6 grips. fits my 40# pea gravel bags and then some...potentially a 55# bag for workouts. Not scratchy, double flap zipper. I recommend.
?Trader Joe's trip today for Salmon and Tuna canned no salt and an early Kroger's run for Grits which I have been craving recently...Had to see what the "$3 buck Chuck" hype was all about.
YUM. Canned Solid white tuna and Old fashioned Grits. Smothered in melted butter and bacon. PWO treat and it was totally worth it. The tuna and Salmon is for Phase II of summer lean out program. It's no secret that I could live on canned tuna and chicken...plus it's easy for mental macro tally and is freaking yumtastic with mustard and hot sauce on a bed of Arugula and greens.

Sorry for no posts recently. No inspiration, no hauls, and needed a break from all peripherals...I need to focus on my training/career goals. Manage my time and take care of myself and my remaining marbles before I have none. And now that I have some of my strength and speed back...a program change again. 3 days upper plus HIIT, 3 days lower plus steady state cardio.

Real Technique brushes procured at Ulta, GoFit fitness gloves and Franklin batting gloves procured at Meijer for lifting and BW circuits...my blue ones are shot and the others don't come far enough up so I'm cutting off the tips of the batting gloves for lifting.
Mac face and body foundation and strobe cream, Hawaiian Tropic shimmer lotion for body until I can get out for a tan...I've got a darker shade of the Face and body in my online MAC cart along with Ruebenesque paint pot because the Mac in Kenwood has since closed. Ordering that today.

And...another tattoo lols. Never satisfied.
